Thank you for the opportunity to design this with you. Every SAFE-T-FAB quote is engineered to order. This page walks you through revisions, ordering, and setting up an account if you're new to us.

Three steps. No surprises.
Review your quote
Check two things. Does the design fit your space, your access need, and your load? Does the price fit your budget? If both are a yes, you are ready to order.
Two revisions included
Height, width, platform size, rails, gates, finish, material. Send every change in one list. One list is one revision, and it comes back as one updated quote and drawing.
After Rev 2, you choose
Most projects are settled within two revisions. If yours needs more, order now and we keep going for free, or keep designing with a Paid Design Revision.
Our mistakes are never your revision. If we got something wrong, we fix it free and it does not count. Small changes with no real cost difference, like a color change or a one inch height change, usually do not count either. Your sales engineer will confirm.
Need more than two revisions?
You choose one of two ways forward.
Order now
Issue your purchase order after your two free revisions, and revision 3 and beyond are free. We keep working with you to get your order over the goal line.
Changes that affect the price, like height, capacity, material, or configuration, are handled as a written change order.
If the order is cancelled, the design time spent after your purchase order is billed at Option B rates, including the first hour setup fee.
Paid Design Revision
Not ready to order, but still want more changes? We quote the revision in writing first.

Example: a one hour revision is $575. Two hours is $775. Three hours is $975. Later rounds on the same project bill $200 an hour only.
Paid before we start. Nothing begins until you approve the estimate.
Design fees are not credited toward an order.
Design fees pay for design time and are separate from the equipment. If you plan to buy, Option A costs you nothing extra.
Why we work this way: a SAFE-T-FAB quote is not a price pulled from a list. It is a custom design, built by the same team that designs and builds the units. Clear limits keep that team moving on your project, and on everyone else's.

- Your purchase order, referencing the quote number
- Ship-to address and site contact
- Shipping method, or confirm you want us to arrange freight
Paying by card? We will send a secure payment link once we have your ship-to and shipping method.
New customers: set up your account
To order on terms, complete our credit application first. Have these ready:
- Four trade references, with vendor name and email
- Your W-9
- Tax-exempt certificate, if it applies
- Your SAFE-T-FAB sales engineer's name

Common questions
Is the design fee credited toward my order?
No. The fee covers design time only. If you plan to order, ordering first means you never pay it.
What counts as one revision?
One list of changes, returned as one updated quote and drawing. Questions, clarifications, and corrections of our own errors never count.
Can I make changes after I order?
Yes. Revisions to the ordered unit are included. Changes that affect the price are written up as a change order.
What if I cancel after ordering?
Design time spent after your purchase order is billed at Option B rates: $575 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour.
How do I pay for a Paid Design Revision?
We send a written estimate of the hours. Once you approve it, the estimate is paid by card before the work starts.
